Procedures
& Guidelines
• Anybody can nominate any individual or organization
by filling out the appropriate form. Please note
that neither individuals nor organizations may nominate
themselves.
• Nominees must currently be involved
in work for the promotion of women leadership in
the business world.
• Nominations for
a ward should reach the conference committee by
August 31, 2007. Receipt of nominations will not
be acknowledged.
• The selection of the
winning candidate is made by the conference advisory
committee. Following the selection, the announcement
of the laureate is made in September.
•
Support material is welcome, however any documentation
attached to the nomination form should be copies
as none will be returned.
• Should the
candidate reach the final stage of the selection
procedure, the conference organizing committee may
request further information and documentation concerning
candidates, and reserves the right to make the names
of the short-listed candidates public.
U.S.-China Women Business Leaders Conference will
recognize the individuals who have demonstrated
remarkable achievement and leadership in select
areas. The following awards will be presented to
qualified recipients (Each award goes to one recipient
from each country). |
